Mark W. Hardin, is a known convicted child molester who targets Native American Boys. He is originally from Wonder Lake, Illinois. Hardin, is a non-Indian who frequents powwows as a grass dancer. On June 26, 2000 he plead guilty to sex crimes in the second degree, his second conviction for criminal sexual conduct with a child. Under the plea bargain agreement Mark W. Hardin received a 63 month stay of execution with 9 months to be served. With time off for good behavior, Hardin will be released in November 2000. There is to be no contact with minors, as part of his probation agreement. He was given 25 years probation and ordered to pay $1000 in fines including court costs. He is currently being held in the Pennington County Jail in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, where he is being held for his `own protection'
